My skin tends to be naturally red, although I don’t have rosacea. I’ve been using Oleogel Green R myself, and this is one of those products where I’ve been genuinely impressed by how well it works for my skin.
I like that it isn’t simply about covering redness. I’m still supporting my skin with a lipid-rich formulation, while the subtle green tint helps soften the redness I see on the surface. And because it’s so concentrated, I find I only need a very small amount.
Dermaviduals Oleogel Green R, also known by its German name Oleogel grün R, is a concentrated, water-free formula developed for sensitive, irritated, and redness-prone skin.
Like the original Oleogel R, it provides a high concentration of lipids for skin needing additional barrier support. What makes Green R different is the addition of targeted ingredients including azelaic acid, boswellia extract, betulinic acid, urea and zinc PCA, along with mineral pigments that give the product its subtle green tint.
